How do I pay for a service?
Online through Razorpay using UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. A numbered GST invoice is issued as soon as the payment goes through, and you can download it from your account.
Who can see my documents?
Only you, the members you add, and the INLedger staff or professional assigned to your work. Files are stored privately and open through short-lived links. PAN, Aadhaar and bank numbers are masked on screen.
What if a document I upload is not right?
The reviewer rejects it with a reason, for example a statement that is too old. You get a notification and upload a new one against the same item. Nothing else needs to be redone.
Can my accountant or staff use my account?
Yes. Add them as members and choose what each one may do, such as upload documents or view invoices. You can remove a member at any time.
How do I become a franchise partner or a professional on INLedger?
Partner and professional accounts are created by the INLedger team after a short onboarding. Create an account and raise a support ticket saying which programme you are interested in.
